1. About this platform
Yosticket is a digital ticketing platform that connects event organizers with buyers in Honduras. We act as intermediaries between both parties: we facilitate the sale, payment, and validation of tickets, but we are not the event organizer.
These terms apply to anyone who browses, buys tickets, or uses the organizer, staff, or administration dashboards on yosticket.com and its subdomains.
Yosticket is a product of LOYIK SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA, a Honduran company with tax ID (RTN) 08019026372942, registered in the Mercantile Registry under number 2627811, with registered office at Blvd. Suyapa, Distrito Artemisa, Residencial El Trapiche, Torre Norte, Nivel 14, No. 1424, Tegucigalpa, Francisco Morazan 11101, Honduras. Loyik S.A. is the contracting party, the merchant of record, and the entity responsible for any claim related to your purchase.
2. User accounts
To buy tickets and access your history you need an account. By registering you declare that the information you provide is truthful and that you are over 18 years old or have authorization from a guardian.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that show suspicious activity.
3. Buying tickets
Prices are in Honduran lempiras (HNL) and include the service fee and applicable taxes. The price you see on each ticket is exactly what is charged to your card — we add nothing at the end.
Payment methods and security
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, including those issued outside Honduras. Payment is processed on our banking gateway's secure page, with 3-D Secure authentication and TLS encryption. Yosticket does not capture, transmit, or store your card number, expiration date, or security code.
Ticket delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate. As soon as the bank confirms payment we email you the ticket with its QR code, and it becomes available under “My tickets”. It normally arrives within minutes. If you checked out without creating an account, the ticket lives only in the email address you entered — which is why we ask you to confirm it twice.
Where we operate
We sell tickets for events held in Honduran territory and charge in lempiras. You can buy from any country with a Visa or Mastercard; purchases our system flags as unusual may require additional verification before tickets are issued.
Refunds and cancellations
- No refunds are issued once the purchase is processed, unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
- If the event is canceled, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- If the event is rescheduled, your ticket is valid for the new date.
- If there was a duplicate charge or an error in your purchase, contact us and we will fix it. Reaching out to us first is always faster than opening a dispute with your bank.
4. Use of tickets
Each ticket contains a unique code (QR) that is validated only once. Once validated, the ticket cannot be transferred. Do not resell or duplicate tickets outside of Yosticket.
5. Conduct at the event
The organizer reserves the right of admission. Respect the event rules published in the detail and the staff's instructions. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry without a refund.
6. Liability
Yosticket is not responsible for the execution of the event, its quality, or for damages caused during its performance. Our liability is limited to the ticket sale and validation service.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the site (logos, text, design) is the property of Yosticket or its licensors. Its use without authorization is prohibited.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. When there are relevant changes, we'll notify you by email.
